Our free services, including QR code generation and customization, do not qualify for refunds as they are provided at no cost to users. For any paid services or premium features (if applicable), we offer a refund within a specified period if you encounter significant issues that cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts by our support team.

To request a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue you experienced. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy criteria or where misuse of services is identified.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that any third-party fees (e.g., payment processor charges) may not be refundable. For subscription-based services, refunds are only provided for the unused portion of the subscription period, calculated from the date of the request.
